Menyimak bisnis property di Indonesia yang terus berkembang, PT. Wisma Sarana Teknik telah menekuni kontrak pekerjaan gedung selama lebih dari dua dasa warsa, untuk jasa pekerjaan mechanical dan electrical (building M&E).

 

Pengalaman dan alih teknologi saat ini menjadi dorongan bagi PT. Wisma Sarana Teknik untuk terus mengembangkan diri pada kontrak building M&E. Orientasi perusahaan diarahkan untuk memberikan suatu nilai tambah atau value engineering, serta koordinasi yang baik dengan owner, supplier, construction management, consultant, dan kontraktor lainnya.

 

Kontrak jasa pekerjaan building M&E oleh PT. Wisma Sarana Teknik meliputi:
  • Ventilasi dan tata udara (HVAC), dari tipe unitary sampai chilled water plant

  • Saluran distribusi air bersih: penampungan, pembersihan, pressure boosting, dan distribusi

  • Saluran pembuangan dan penetralan air kotor (STP)

  • Deteksi dan pengamanan terhadap bahaya kebakaran: fire hydrant, sprinkler dan fire detection

  • Sistem distribusi listrik: trafo, genset, panel tegangan menengah, metering sampai titik lampu

  • Sarana telekomunikasi: kabel telpon, sistem PABX, dan tata suara

  • Sarana penunjang lain seperti CCTV, MATV, dan sistem otomisasi gedung






Observing fast property development within Indonesia, PT. Wisma Sarana Teknik has put much effort in completing various mechanical and electrical installation project for commercial building for more than twenty years.

 

With years for experience and technology adaptation, the company has put attention in continuous development in building M&E services. The management has been addressing more added values / value engineering to customer, with good coordination among vendors, construction management, consultant and other contractors.

 

The company service in this building M&E may consist the following:

  • Ventilation and Air Conditioning, from small unitary system to chilled water plant
  • Clean water distribution: water storage, treatment, pressure boosting, and distribution
  • Sewage treatment and drainage
  • Fire detection and fire fighting system
  • Power Distribution: transformer, MV panels, metering, and wiring up to LV outlets
  • Telecommunication system: telephone, PBX system, and public address
  • Other supporting equipment: CCTV, MATV, and Building Control System
